The Studio is a 3 bedroom, traditional semi-detached
coastal house, set in a beautiful location on the South Devon Coast
On the cliffs of Sharpitor, The Studio sits amongst National Trust woodland, overlooking the sandbar, marking the entrance to Salcombe Estuary
The unspoilt views from The Studio take in the spectacular Devon coastline,
the broad estuary towards Salcombe and form the centre piece
to this idyllic, tucked away, holiday location

In the large living and dining room, there's a fine grand piano, over parquet flooring and a flat screen Smart TV, stereo and dvd player
There's an open fire for winter evenings and picture frame window

and single, all with sea views
Loo's and Laundry
There is a modern shower room and sink, with separate toilet on the first floor
A second loo and washer drier are located in the outhouse/utility

and you are on the Bolt Head to Bolt Tail National Trust coastal path.

Recently voted the best beaches in England. Mill bay, Moor Sands and Gara Rock, are complemented by South/North Sands and numerous secret coves.

Sit and Relax
Visitors have been known to do nothing at all when spending time at the studio. The view and garden are often more than enough
Food and Drink
There are some fabulous places to eat locally. South Sands Hotel offers everything from Bistro style burgers, to fine dining within a five minute walk. The Winking Prawn and several excellent pubs and restaurants in Salcombe, mean there's always somewhere new to try
Overbecks
A short walk from the Studio, is the wonderful National Trust, Overbecks House and Gardens. Full of history and a remarkable garden with an array of subtropical plants that can be perused as the kids look for Fred, the resident friendly ghost

South Sands and East Portlemouth Ferries
Jump on the sea-tractor at South Sands and be warmly welcomed aboard by Tim and the Harvest Reaper team: www.southsandsferry.co.uk who will drop you off, after a 15 minute ferry ride, in central Salcombe.
There's also the East Portlemouth ferry which runs across the estuary from the steps of the Ferry Inn at Salcombe, so you can explore the beaches and coastal paths on both sides of the water
