Recently updated outside room containing WC, basin and washing machine

FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 1 with single bed and balcony facing the sea
Bedroom 2 with double bed and balcony facing the sea (audio system)
Bedroom 3 with twin beds, facing the sea
WC with basin
Bathroom with large shower and basin

NOTES:
Electricity is provided with the rent and there are night storage radiators - Bed linen and towels are not provided (beds have duvets)
There is a TV, DVD player and audio system in the living room, which also has an open fire (wood and coal provided) and a grand piano

There is a landline telephone (01548 842643) and free wireless broadband
